We provide free help and support in...

 

Advocacy Team

  • attending meetings, putting your views across and getting your voice heard

  • talking to care workers, doctors and psychiatrists

  • obtaining information about your rights, treatment and medication

  • stating your needs and making informed choices

  • making complaints or comments about services you receive

We are running a Carers Advocacy Pilot Project in the Orpington Area. For details, please click here

Service User Involvement Team (SUITe)

  • providing service users with a forum in which their views and opinions regarding mental health services can expressed
  • representing service users and their views at key NHS, local authority and voluntary sector meetings

  • maintaining good communication links between service users, service providers and the wider community via a quarterly newsletter, website and annual communications conference

  • ensuring that service user views and opinions are taken into account in the design, development and delivery of services
